新药能杀死数十种肿瘤，但有副作用
Boise 州立大学的研究人员研发出两种抗癌药物 9R 和 9S1，能有效杀死 NCI-60 60 种肿瘤细胞中的 58 种。论文发表在《BMC Cancer》期刊上。新药物的核心是名叫 Nullomers 的蛋白质，它们是自然界不存在的短 DNA 碱基对序列，可能对细胞有毒。部分 Nullomers 能被用于治疗癌症。研究人员开发出两种候选药物，能有效杀死固态肿瘤和血癌，但也会对某些正常细胞系产生有毒副作用。研究人员声称，癌症细胞比正常细胞对 Nullomers 更敏感。研究人员表示他们正进行更进一步的研究，以让药物能更精确的针对肿瘤细胞。
