Headless CMS to develop websites and e-commerce

I developed Codelia to makes developers' job easier, helping them to develop websites and e-commerce by using a solution that which does not limit their work.

💻 Working as web designer and web developer, I was getting trouble by using usual CMS to develop my projects. I was using prebuilt functions to get the content from a database, so when it was the time to add extra functionalities I was limitated from the CMS which I was working with. So adding extra functionalities was more complicated. I also was bound to use a specific programming language, for example if the CMS was built in PHP I had to use PHP to develop.

📈 Also was complicated to speed up at the best the websites and e-commerce in order to get more than 90% score on tools like GTMetrix and Google Page Speed, due to the increased server response time by the CMS weight and complex queries.

💡 I decided to develop a solution that could solve this problems, giving me the 100% of control on the content to code extra complex functionalities, to not be bond to the CMS and to develop fast website in a faster way.

✔ So I created Codelia.

🔨 Codelia is headless, so it's separeted from my projects. I can manage all the content directly from the back-end, create different content types (elements) and pages assigning them controls. I can also manage all the e-commerce functionalities defining a custom checkout flow, managing the inventory, coupons and tracking orders and customers.

📐 I get the content through the API, so using JSON I don't have to use specific prebuilt functions and I can manage all the content in the way I need, for example to code extra functionalities and develop by using the programming language or framework that I want. I can also increase the speed of my sites thanks to the reduced server response time.
