针对天猫抄袭风波后发表的处理结果，“你今天真好看”团队的吴亮昨晚在知乎上发表文章回应称，阿里给出的解决方案毫无诚意，道歉里看不到诚恳，并表示已委托律师，启动法律诉讼程序，现在正在固定证据的阶段。9月28日凌晨网友“吴亮”在知乎上发布《在今天这个故事里阿里巴巴就是四十大盗》，称“阿里巴巴竟然以合作的名义，拿走了我们的技术方案，全盘抄袭了我们的App。”
