作为中国民法典的开篇之作，《中华人民共和国民法总则》将于10月1日起施行，我国民事法律制度就此开启“民法典时代”。总则共206条，被称为“民事权利的百科全书”，将影响每个中国人的生活。“我们很多人可能一辈子都不会用到刑法或者其他专门法律，但是每个人的衣食住行、经济活动都离不开民法。”全国人大新闻发言人傅莹曾如此评价《民法总则》的意义。
