9月29日，中国基金业协会针对前一日蚂蚁财富营销事件发声，称“行业宣传与基金销售要始终坚持社会主义核心价值观，保持高度的专业性和行业道德要求，可以活泼多样但不能任性发挥。”中国基金业协会指出，基金行业是“受人之托、代人理财”的行业，没有投资者的信任与委托，行业就是无源之水，发展无从谈起。
