澳大利亚投资家贝斯威特（Campbell Bethwaite）自2006年开始投资于俄罗斯，其Finteca Holdings旗下包括十多家金融和互联网科技公司，其中金融科技公司SimpleFinance取得央行牌照，在应收账款信贷、资产支持信贷、商业按揭贷款、商业项目投标垫资等领域排在“新金融”领域前列。成立于2015年的SimpleFinance Holdings在今年9月获得日本科技金融创新基金（SBI FinTech Fund）注资，此前曾发行3000万美元欧元债券。
