2022 年英国宽带调查：费用涨了 14%，问题依然不少
IT之家 7 月 5 日消息，消费者权益组织 Which? 收集了 4000 名英国宽带用户的反馈，发现宽带费用在 2022 年平均上涨了 14%，但存在的问题并未减少，53% 的用户反馈遇到了问题。
虽然 47% 的英国受访宽带用户并未感知到宽带问题，但细分到不同的宽带服务运营商，其中比例更低，只有 32% 的 Sky 客户、35% 的 Virgin Media 客户和 37% 的 EE 客户没有报告遇到问题。
