寺库因故意拖延退款被罚款36万元
中国网科技5月29日讯(记者 单征宇)北京市企业信用信息网显示，近日，北京寺库商贸有限公司被北京市昌平区市场监督管理局罚款36万元。
处罚事由显示，自2022年1月13日以来，市监局陆续接到消费者举报，反映在当事人平台“寺库奢侈品”APP上下单付款后长时间不发货、以各种借口不退款。经调查，当事人以系统升级、已向财务催退款、不明确告知消费者退款时间等手段，故意拖延消费者的退款申请。
