现在去办护照贼容易，拍照填信息贼快。 办了护照， wise/ 美国嘉信理财实体卡 / 德国 N26/ 都可以，过 chatgpt 啊

wise和n26可以使用他们的虚拟卡，也可以申请实体卡。即便是虚拟卡也比onekey和depay这些正规、安全。N26是正规的金融机构。
嘉信只有实体卡，需要入金（100美元或1美元），实体卡收到后，国内可以免手续费取现。（一般发FEDEX或者DHL不收费）
n26可以使用两个PayPal，实现近乎无损入金。
所以推广depay和onekey，我就不说什么了。
wise可以用n26激活，也可以使用出售虚拟币的方式激活。

对了 N26 可以绑定 apple pay ，wise 也可以。嘉信不行
