卫星通信，正成为智能手机竞争的新高点，无论手机品牌厂商还是移动平台制造商，都在全力投入。
为了进一步加强卫星互联网技术和标准研究，提升产品研发和验证水平，推进卫星互联网产业发展， IMT-2020（5G）推进组于今年4月正式成立了NTN工作组。
5月12日，NTN工作组第一次会议在上海召开。
本次会议由IMT-2020（5G）推进组NTN工作组主办，中国信科承办， 来自29家单位的60余位专家及行业代表出席。
