跳与不跳的纠结

- 目前就职于某高校在外研究院（小城市），智能制造方向，工作发展一般，学习的东西不多，项目也不是很好，浑浑噩噩混了 7 年。空闲时间，有自我学习，从刚入职 C/C++ Qt 客户端开发，到 Python 后端，再到现在 Java 后端，基本都是自学加项目锻炼。。。说下薪资吧，去年一年，算上年终奖到手 17+（税前），算上各种福利，平均下来月薪 15k 左右（税前）。其他补充（双休，育儿假，节假日正规，五险一金），基本不加班
- 最近来了几个帮别人擦屁股的项目，遂有跳槽想法，投了 2 家，拿到其中 1 家 offer ，新能源方向，实力挺不错的，月薪 18k （税前），年薪 23+（税前），每天 7.5h ，周六早上补 2.5h ，其他补充（无育儿假，节假日正规，五险一金），赶项目时加班严重
二选一，纠结，家里父母选 1 （身体重要），老婆选 2 （钱多）
