先说一下本人情况，双非硕士，计算机专业，主要开发语言为 golang ，23 年 6 月份毕业，自我感觉技术尚可。
目前面试的公司，在发 offer 之前都要求实习，22 年实习过两家公司，大小厂均有，但没给 offer ，年后有一家公司要去实习，说 1-2 个月内会决定给 offer 或不给。
这家公司基本状况：小厂，30+人，云安全方向，面试体验不错。
怎么判断这家公司是不是能作为我走进职场的第一站呢
