据了解，麦当劳“非人类运营”餐厅采用全程自动化操作，设有得来速点餐/取餐窗口，目前仅提供车道取餐服务。客户所订购的麦当劳餐品会通过传送带的方式递到你的车窗附近。麦当劳表示对于消费者来说，整个订餐到取餐过程不会和工作人员发生接触，对身体健康有保障。此外，麦当劳方面表示现有得来速通道中顾客和餐厅工作人员还是会有一些互动。那么你希望未来在麦当劳餐厅里是由机器人提供服务还是由真人店员提供服务呢？
