日本或将限制算法稳定币

今年 11 月，日本金融厅国际事务副部长 Tomoko Amaya 在 OMFIF 举办的圆桌会议上发表演讲，该演讲已于今日被公开。Amaya 在演讲中指出，“拟议的评估认为，稳定币不得使用算法来稳定其价值，并加强对赎回权的保障。” 这或暗示了对稳定币下一步的监管方向。
此前，日本议会已于今年 6 月通过了稳定币法规，且法规不包含算法稳定币。该法规将于 2023 年 6 月开始实施。
