SBF 已聘请知名律师 Mark Cohen 担任其辩护律师
据路透社报道，SBF 的发言人 Mark Botnick 证实，SBF 已聘请知名白领律师 Mark Cohen 担任其辩护律师。据悉，Cohen 是一名前联邦检察官，在 Cohen and Gresser 律师事务所领导白领刑事辩护和监管小组。Cohen 还在 2014 年赢得了针对美 SEC 的内幕交易案。目前 SBF 正在接受美国联邦检察官和 SEC 的调查，但尚未被正式指控任何犯罪行为。
此外，Alameda Research 的 Caroline Ellison 已聘请总部位于华盛顿的律师事务所 Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr 作为辩护律师。
