[ROM][13][instantnoodle] PixelExperience [AOSP]

Coming from PA Sapphire, my banking app was working over there (SafetyNet, HideProps, Shamiko), but the same setup fails to get it working here. Any clues?

OP said couple of messages back it's something with safetynet pass. It will be fixed in next update.

Doesn't really seem to be the issue, I've even updated to the latest build, and as far as I can see, yasnac passes, and so does rootbeer, although applist detector tells me that it detects magisk. When I don't have the magisk app installed, I no longer get the root warning, but the app warns me and asks me to "Disconnect Debugger". The app is EmiratesNBD and it does this at launch

Just install in Recovery with sideload I think?

Should I do factory reset first or just go straight to sideload?

Will battery life also be better?

The beta had a problem for safetynet pass. It's solved with the yesterday's build.

I just sideload it from the beta without factory reset

Yeah, I'm having a the same problem with this build too. Just to be sure, I've flashed the ROM, wiped data, and the error still persists. YASNAC passes though

Safetynet is passing for me. Banking apps are working. For me that's everything I need

I've notice there is no setting for Battery Percentage. The percentage is shown inside the little battery icon but it's too small. I'd to see it on the status bar next to the battery icon. Is there somewhere to discuss things like this?

Sideload worked fine, thanks. I did have to change the setting to disable signed drivers so the PC could recognize my device. Everything went smooth from there.

Does this ROM support customizing long press of back button?

Also can it be flashed over official Oxygen OS 13?

Auto brightness seems inconsistent especially in dark environment. Screen starts flickering and the level doesn't go all the way down in pitch dark.

Yes. You need to be on at least C33.

How can we now firmware version? Being in any Android 12 rom is ok ?(Zephyrus here)

Are the flashing instructions here https://wiki.pixelexperience.org/devices/instantnoodle/install/ correct? Also I m on oos13 recent stable build, do I need to downgrade?

As far as I know you need to be on OOS12

5g works on my device just fine. In case something might help, I upgraded my oos12.1 to c37 before upgrading to this rom. Earlier I was on oos13 from which I downgraded.

instantnoodle, november 13th build, clean flash, italian user here.

I'll start with the odd things for now:

1) I can confirm that autobrightness is a bit too sensitive. If left on, the brightness changes almost all the time in a dark environment, so I just switch autobrightness off for now;

2) I think the system launcher drains a bit too much battery during use, I'll attach a screenshot below*;

3) SoT doesn't seem amazing for now, but I'll wait a couple of days for the android caching progress to end;

4) some oddities with home devices controls from the lockscreen, but I don't use that feature so I siwtched it off;

5) netflix now plays with widevine L3, I'm guessing other streaming apps will do the same.

Now for the positive sides:

1) install from official oos 12 was flawless on windows;
2) my banking app works but I have not tested NFC payments yet;
3) I'm using gcam8 with OP8 configs and it works like it did in OO12;
4) smooth performance, smooth animations with support for 90hz refresh rate.

Those were my two cents.
