Open PO Migration from SAP S/4H to Ariba Network

This is a common use case where customers may have a lot of Open PO's at the time of Cutover which are at different stages like Shipped, invoiced, Paid etc. Has anybody worked on the process of how these Open POs can be migrated from SAP S/4H to Ariba Network? Change order is one process but that route is not acceptable to the customer.

Hello Punam,

If this is a new implementation, you should have the SAP shared service team assigned to your project.

They will give a proper assessment because every project/customer has its own priorities, business requirements, and limitations for Open PO migration; also, integrated suppliers need to be taken into account.

It is a super complex scenario that we cannot provide proper guidance with a simple answer in the SAP community.

Thanks Andre for your comment. Totally understand the complexity of the process. But what i would like to understand is 1 or 2 examples if you can share...just trying to get the high level understanding.
