@peterercsey01 Thank you Peter!! My goal with Jot is to turn it into an all-in-one dashboard for advertisers specifically, rather than a general “catch all” copywriting tool built for many use cases. On the backend, I’m instructing GPT-3 to write copy that would fit well in a social ad. I view the OpenAI copywriting feature as the building blocks of what will become an all-encompassing suite of tools designed to make the copywriting workflow for advertisers seamless. As an advertiser by trade myself, I’m actively building Jot according to the needs of someone who uses it on a daily basis at scale. A workflow to get ads approved by internal teams and clients, a visual dashboard to draw inspiration from top ads, a copy card filtering tool + much more are all considerations in the pipeline. In addition, as someone who writes copy daily, I’m constantly navigating to client websites and social media accounts to pool ideas for copy. Jot’s brand cards in the dashboard make navigating to these resources extremely quick and painless, and the copy cards themselves are easily editable by design to allow for full customization. In short, Jot will directly service the daily pain points of advertisers rather than serve strictly as a copywriting machine.

@phdam3 Hey Philip! We leverage OpenAI’s GPT-3, which is incredibly good at inferencing the topic at hand. I’m an advertiser myself, and I’ve personally found that it works well with small brands that I service - especially when prompted with a good product description. For example, I went to Thingtesting (thingtesting.com) and randomly selected two brands to use as an example here - Táche (pistachiomilk.com) and Waag Bag (waagbag.com). Here’s the product description I entered for each (pulled from Thingtesting’s description of the brand) and what was generated by Jot:
