B站回应诉争“哔哩哔哩”商标被驳回：猫村长联名食品与B站没有关系

速途网9月15日消息（报道：李楠）近日，有媒体报道B站争夺哔哩哔哩商标被驳回。
对此B站回应称，过去一段时间里，我们接到用户投诉，反映在电商平台上购买了“猫村长”与“哔哩哔哩bilibili”商标的联名食品，从椰子冻到吸吸果冻，品类众多，品质不佳。
“实际上，这些联名食品与B站没有关系。”
经了解，B站相关商标“哔哩哔哩bilibili”的食品类别在2017年曾被四季自造文化有限公司抢注，该公司后将商标转让至晋江建德食品有限公司生产果冻等糖类产品，并在各大电商平台销售，导致消费者误认为是B站官方联名或授权产品。
B站希望大家购买前多加甄别，避免消费者权益受损。
