推特公司聘请律师团队欲起诉马斯克
财经网科技7月11日讯，据央视网援引外媒消息，继特斯拉公司首席执行官马斯克宣布终止收购推特公司之后，推特已经聘请了一家重量级的并购律师事务所——Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP，准备起诉马斯克。
据报道，代表马斯克的律师团8日向推特发送律师函，称在马斯克价值440亿的并购协议中，推特公司“做出了虚假和误导性的陈述”，并“违反”了最初协议的多项条款，马斯克因此宣布终止收购协议。
