上月末，微软面向Win10和Win11用户推送了KB5014668可选更新，修复了此前阻止Win10用户升级到Win11的问题。
但近日，
有用户在Windows反馈中心反映，称该补丁本身也存在安装问题，部分用户安装更新失败，错误代码为0x80073701。
面对这种令人哭笑不得的情况，微软官方并未公开给出解决方案，但有一位用户称自己得到了官方的支持，表示可以通过就地升级来解决这个问题。
具体来说， 用户可以直接下载Win11的ISO镜像，并运行Setup.exe文件来进行完成升级。
