Stock rom J716F only plays HD because L1 certification but no support HDR and Dolby. But if you rooted with magisk, you can change the device fingerprint from J716F to any devices. For example, I tried to change to device fingerprint Samsung Tab S8+ and install netflix. The netflix managed to play hdr but with L3 certification, standard definition. If there is magisk module that can spoof L1 certification like Oneplus and Xiaomi that would be good. To change device fingerprint, I could not remember the module. However the cons is it would broke the face unlock, in my experience.
