若每日早上、下午、晚上各读书一俩小时，则一天会有三到六小时读书时间。形成习惯的话，将获得巨大财富。很多真正有用的事（并且基本都是看起来的「小事」）不必刻意去做，只是起初那几天需要坚持一下，将其程序化、机械化为行为模式，就像起床后会去喝水、如厕、刷牙、洗脸一样，最终会固化成习惯。习惯的作用是巨大的，优秀是种习惯。
