How to See Your Listening History in Deezer

Deezer makes it pretty easy to see the last songs you've listened to, and you can even create a new playlist with all of them.

With this centralization, music streaming platforms like Deezer constantly track the songs you listen to. This might sound bad, but it also has its advantages. Thanks to this tracking, you can check your listening history on Deezer with a few simple steps.

What Is Your Deezer Listening History?

Deezer has a listening history section that highlights the recently played songs in one place. While this feature is handy, it has one major limitation. Deezer's listening history only shows you the last 40 songs on the Web and Desktop and 100 songs on Android and iOS.

How to See Your Listening History in Deezer (Desktop)

If you like using your browser of the Deezer desktop app to listen to music, here's how to see your listening history:

1. Go to Deezer.com and click Favorites in the left sidebar. This will take you to your profile.
2. Next, click the Listening history tab.

Here, you'll see a list of your recently played songs, starting with the most recent one. Deezer includes dates and timestamps, so you can tell when you listened to a specific song and at what time.

If you struggle to find music playlists, you have the option to select some or all of the songs in your history to add them to a new or existing playlist. To do this, click the three-dot menu in the top right of your track history list and select Add to playlist.

How to See Your Listening History in Deezer (Mobile)

While you can't access Listening history on Android and iOS, Deezer offers the same feature but with a different name. A great Deezer tip for beginners to know is that, on mobile, you'll find your listening history under a feature called Just Heard. Here's how to check your recent listening history on Deezer mobile:

1. In Deezer, tap the Favorites tab.
2. Then, tap Playlists under the Music tab.
3. On the next page, select Just Heard to see your listening history.

Similar to how you can see what you've listened to on Spotify, Deezer offers a Recently Played row on both mobile and desktop to see your recently played albums and playlists. The problem with Recently Played is it doesn't show specific songs. However, in the Favorites tab, Deezer also includes recent podcasts as part of recent listening history.
