今天想开个夸克网盘的会员，显示价格是 1 元人民币。
手机默认登陆的是美区 Apple ID ，支付时显示要 0.99 美元。
切换到国区 Apple ID 后，支付时就显示为 1 元人民币。
请问这种是正常现象吗？
