2022-02-19人好像有一种征服欲，当面临问题时，天然的就想去解决何征服，这可能是人的天性。今年又想给自己立一个flag，把自由泳学会。
身体的掌控能力是一门艺术，能灵活的控制自己身体，需要刻意训练，也需要知行合一。
电视里正在播放花样滑冰双人自由滑的比赛，感触挺多。刻意训练、个人天分、情绪表达、临场状态、出场顺序、配合度、等等。从复杂度来说，要比自由泳更复杂的。
而对于普通人而言，能学会自由泳，就已经很难了。
羽毛球这类是具备对抗性的项目、有自己，也有对手。
自由泳相对比较简单，自己的练习就可以搞定，加油吧。
