CC: @MikeChannonYes indeed moves are afoot to limit new Users. The plan is to adapt some pre-existing Usergroups rather than creating new ones. This does mean we have to be very careful and test things before rushing in (or else we could badly affect existing users). There's also a slight technicality that there are of course genuine new users who will have started conversations and we don't want to suddenly cut them off. So it just takes a bit longer than an "instant" fix.
