山东立法鼓励使用新能源机动车，促减排降碳
钛媒体App 3月25日消息，山东省人大常委会召开新闻发布会，介绍该省第十三届人大常委会第三十四次会议拟审议的多条法规的相关情况。据山东省人大常委会法制工作委员会主任姚潜迅介绍，该省修改《山东省机动车排气污染防治条例》，主要是对高污染机动车加强监管，加大对重点用车单位的管理力度，增加建立机动车超标排放联合执法机制等内容，明确鼓励使用新能源机动车的具体措施等。（来源：中新网）
