近日，有消费者质疑星巴克大数据杀熟，称会员老顾客在星巴克App点不了专星送24元（叠加劵抵扣3元）的单杯美式咖啡，只能点硬核美式提神组合5杯，而新用户App页面有单杯美式选项。客服回应称不存在大数据杀熟，建议更新App。
