北京时间3月25日消息，知情人士称，软银集团正寻求在ARM上市时为其获得至少600亿美元的估值，希望高于此前把这家芯片设计公司出售给英伟达失败时所获得的估值。
软银准备任命高盛集团、摩根大通和瑞穗金融集团在ARM计划中的首次公开招股(IPO)之前牵头办理一笔贷款交易。知情人士称，处理贷款的公司可能也会在IPO中扮演主要角色，但这一投行阵容还没有最终确定，可能会有更多银行加入。（凤凰网科技）
