hello, tried to install
i was able to get it to fit with
LineageOS 18.1
LineageOS 19.0
bother ae to large to allow OPEN Gapps PICO to also be installedi was able to get it to fit with
LineageOS 16.0 + open gapps pico
with LineageOS 18.1 it was about 15mb short of space. any ideas how to get around this? and upgrade to 18 nor 19. thanksPhotonIce

It doesn't even fit pico?? 
Flash the rom, then in twrp go to wipe/format, then go to advanced and select your system partition, then select advanced on that and click resize file system.
If it still won't work and you absolutely NEED lineage 18 or 19, then i guess you could try installing 16+gapps, then dirty flash 17 on top of that, then dirty flash 18, then 19.

thanks, but i already tried all that many times. as explained once both are side loaded its short 15mbIt doesn't even fit pico??

is there is any way to skink LineageOS 18.1 or 19 a little ?

Dirty flash means to flash a newer version ontop of an old one, without wiping. Though, that will not work in your situation, my bad.
I guess you could try looking for a rom which takes up less space than lineage, there are many out there.
