超声波触觉装置“Emerge Home”公布，提供不戴手套的触觉体验

近日，Emerge宣布了“Emerge Home”，它使用超声波为整个虚拟空间中的手提供触觉反馈。它还宣布已从多个战略投资者那里筹集了1300万美元的资金，投资包括以“英雄联盟”和“VALORANT”而闻名的Riot Games联合创始人Marc Merrill和主要发行平台Twitch的联合创始人Kevin Lin。
据了解，Emerge宣布的“Emerge Home”由“Emerge Wave-1”、“Emerge Home 社交虚拟体验”和专用的移动应用程序组成。据该公司称，“Emerge Wave-1”是一种“控制”手部并使用超声波在虚拟空间中实现手部交互的设备，预计类似于Ultraleap的空中触觉反馈设备，例如STRATOS。
“Emerge Home”和“Emerge Wave-1”将于2022年2月在KickStarter上向公众开放，价格预计定为500美元。
