Nike 起诉 Lululemon 的Mirror智能健身镜侵犯其专利权
周三，美国运动服饰巨头 Nike Inc（耐克）在纽约曼哈顿联邦法院对加拿大瑜伽运动服零售商 Lululemon Athletica Inc（露露乐蒙）提起诉讼，指控后者在未经授权的情况下生产和销售 Mirror Home Gym 及相关app应用程序，侵犯了Nike的专利权。
