法国天然美妆公司 Universal Beauty Group 获600万欧元股权投资
法国天然美妆公司 Universal Beauty Group 近日宣布，从多名投资者手中筹集了600万欧元股权投资。
本次投资由总部位于法国马赛的投资基金 Connect Pro、巴黎银行旗下的私募基金 BNP Paribas Développement 以及北方信贷银行旗下的 Etoile Capital 基金领投，Région Sud Investissement 基金参投。
交易完成后，Universal Beauty Group 的创始人 Vincent Faraco 和 Jean-Marc Delabre 仍然是对公司持有控制权的股东，将继续领导公司发展。
Universal Beauty Group 成立于2008年，成立之初主要从事护发品牌经销，2011年公司推出自有品牌 Végétalement Provence，主打向专业美发人士提供对环境和顾客身体友好的天然护发产品。
