格隆汇5月18日丨物管股大幅拉升，新城悦服务、融创服务和建业新生活涨幅均超8%。
国家统计局昨日发布2021年1~4月份全国房地产开发投资和销售情况，1~4月份，全国商品房销售面积50305万平方米，同比增长48.1%。华创证券指出，房地产销售端仍然韧性十足，全年销售面积有望继续创出历史新高。
申银万国此前发布研报称，我国物业管理行业将呈现规模大、增速高的蓝海市场，预计2030年末市场规模将达2-3万亿元，并较目前规模有望翻番。
