中国政府有些事情管的不严。可有的事情乐此不疲，哪怕有世界舆论的压力一样顶风做。
比如国外不允许给 18 岁一下的小孩买酒，中国政府不管。城市规划必须留出公共绿地给小孩作为运动场所，国内除了形象工程大手笔，从未见过有什么绿地给孩子在上面玩耍。但是却不允许中国孩子上所谓的「不良」网站，不惜重金 4000 万。
孩子只是借口
