据彭博社报道，同名股票交易应用的制造商Robinhood Markets L.L.C.已经向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）秘密提交了IPO申请。
内部人士周二告诉彭博社，这个对千禧一代友好的投资平台和流行的加密货币投资入口尚未确认其计划（可能会改变），但正朝着公开上市的方向发展。
