A lot has changed since the days of PHP 4. Back then, it was not possible to express type information in PHP code. To a lot of developers, Sebastian included, code without type information is just as scary as code without automated tests.
Since PHP 5, the language allows better and better type information in more and more places. In his presentation at The Online PHP Conference, Sebastian will show you how to write type-safe PHP code and how this will improve the quality of your software.
