公司这么早期就作出这种不道德的产品设计，以后难免会有更多缺德的事发生。在做产品设计的时候，某些功能可能涉及道德问题；往往会参考先例：咱一直都是这么做的，你看某某功能，牺牲一下用户隐私又何妨？几个迭代过后，就更不像话了。
很多 Superhuman 的投资人很不爽，跟作者打嘴仗。Superhuman 是神奇的存在，针对投资人创业者等需要花大量时间处理邮件的人，每月收费$30，邀请了才能注册；他们会排一个客服跟你视频电话，演示产品30到60分钟，然后才允许你花钱使用这个邮件客户端。
