当一个人在一个工作环境呆久了，偶尔接触一些人就会存在对自己的能力不自信，因为越写，发现不懂的东西越多。当人们发现一种未知的东西时，会有一种好奇的心理，进而想学习掌握它。但是一旦未知的东西多了起来，这个时候就会恐慌，不安，焦作。而我有时候会有这种心理。
