联想控股转让酒便利股份 旗下投资平台佳沃集团接盘
证券时报网（www.stcn.com）09月19日讯
酒便利（838883）9月19日公告称，联想控股将其持有的公司335.78万股股份全部以协议转让的方式转让给佳沃集团，交易价格为11.25元/股。
佳沃集团官网显示，该公司创立于2012年，是联想控股旗下的现代农业和食品产业投资平台。目前已经在饮品、水果、动物蛋白和品牌包装食品等领域建立了领先的全球化产业平台。
