微博用户@老韩头26日晚间发文称，日前家中疑似因小米插线板自燃引发火灾，造成财产损失1.2万多元。该用户要求小米查明着火原因，召回问题产品并公开道歉。根据该用户的描述，2017年9月9日中午，在家里人都去上班家中无人的情况下，客厅方桌发起燃烧，起火最大可能的原因是桌上的小米插线板，将家里的电脑、桌子、风扇灯等物品全部烧毁，整个屋顶被熏黑，并惊动了消防人员破窗灭火。
