PingWest 品玩 6 月 7 日报道，据南华早报消息，斗鱼计划于第三季度在港进行 7 亿美元 IPO ， 3 月腾讯刚独家投资斗鱼 6.3 亿美元。
资料显示，成立于 2013 年的斗鱼，目前在国内直播领域处于领先地位。据艾媒咨询提供的数据显示， 2017 年第三季度，斗鱼直播在游戏内容类直播 APP 中以 2.05% 的用户活跃占比位居中国主要游戏内容类直播 APP 之首。艾媒咨询分析师认为，“直播 + 游戏”是游戏直播类平台的重要理念，游戏直播类平台在对游戏市场的深度挖掘或可提高平台的用户存留率，增强用户粘性。
如果斗鱼上市成功，斗鱼将成为继虎牙后，第二家游戏直播上市公司。目前，中国直播领域已有欢聚时代、陌陌、天鸽互动、虎牙四家上市玩家。
