10月16日下午消息，近日，浙江媒体报道四川某客户于10月6日委托其杭州亲属王先生购买神经营养辅助药品“申捷”用于抢救脑干出血病人，最终因快件延误导致病人在快件送达前被医院宣布脑死亡。对此，顺丰回应表示，对于寄递过程中出现的操作失误绝不推诿，将严格规范内部机制和流程。
