不知道大家是不是有同一种感受，在三大通信运营商这儿，限定资费套餐后基本上无法更改，特别是有些套餐协议已经到期，但当运营商推出某些更具吸引力的资费时，总是会规定仅限新用户办理。所以要么重新开一个新号，要么就只能眼睁睁地看着了。
