2017年9月15日，国内首起12岁以下儿童骑行共享单车死亡索赔案在上海静安区人民法院第一法庭开庭审理。2018年4月3日，澎湃新闻记者从上海静安法院获悉，法院已对该案作出一审判决，由保险公司赔付男童家属55万余元。家属另案起诉ofo索赔761万余元，目前正在等待开庭。
