“5G太热了，工信部要求我们谨慎对外。”近日，接近某通信企业高层的李靖（化名）告诉《每日经济新闻》记者。根据规划，我国最早2019年下半年部分城市就能用上5G，2020预计开始规模商用。5G的来临，意味着三大运营商在技术上重新回到起跑点，有望重构市场竞争格局，而现状却并不如人意。
