9月29日消息，中国科学技术大学研究员，“墨子号”科学应用系统总师彭承志发表公开信《科学家遇上流氓怎么办？我没什么办法，但我可以说出来》称，遭到浙江九州量子信息技术股份有限公司董事长郑某等人的侮辱、恐吓，被威胁要锤杀其子女，并精准报出彭承志的家庭住址和小孩信息，造成巨大的精神压力和损害，导致其团队人人自危、无心工作，严重影响了团队承担的国家重大战略任务，现实名写出公开信，提醒广大投资者慎重判断。
