北京时间1月23日早间消息，据路透社报道，中国通信设备制造商华为与中兴在美国因为政治原因遇到了困难。两家公司第四季度开支显示，他们在去年大幅减少了游说开支。尽管减少了游说开支，但是华为还是继续赞助多个通信大会，并且将资金花在了其他一些他们无需披露的地方。
