You can disable a lot of shitty app. AVG etc... I cant uninstall but only disable. The phone is really great, it feals great, looks beautiful and the camera is way better than I thought. Battery life is impressive. I ordered from UK so I still have the fingerprint which is fukin great. The 960 fps feature is really solid. Android 8.0 is a big step up from my old Z3 Compact with 6.0 on it. But what I love most is the feel of the phone, it's heavy the "plastic" on the back doesnt feel like plastiv at all and the gorilla glass feels good compared to the glass I had on my z3 compact. Overall fantastic phone. Triluminous display is impressive, yes the bezel yadayadayada but honestly I dont care. I just love the shape of Sony's phone. I hate round edges. The speaker is again a huge step up from the Z3 compact and the sound also, my z3 compact had shitty volume level when using headphones with the jack, Now its all good. Jelmerf is right about double tap to wake... but with the fingerprint scanner you dont really need that. I have the same issue with the lockscreen/notifications; the fingerprint sensor almost always immediately unlocks the phone but it's incredibly fast... Vibration is very very very loud. Small triangles appear in the statusbar, it was doing this on my z3 compact... the triangle are now bigger.
